TIMESCALE FOR ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
It is important that you realise the timescale involved in the ordering of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Unless you are happy to buy the sample off the rail then it will take approximately 12-16 weeks for your gown/bridesmaids' dresses to arrive. Even headdresses, veils and shoes could take up to 12 weeks if they are not available from stock. It is therefore advisable that you order everything at least 6-12 months before the date of your wedding. A 50% deposit is required on any orders placed. Chantilly will, however, offer you easy payment terms if you are ordering well in advance of your wedding date. For example if your gown and accessories cost Ł1000 and you are ordering a year ahead you could pay Ł100 per month. Your orders would be placed once Ł500 had been paid and the balance would have been paid by the time your alterations needed to be carried out. We are happy to discuss payment options individually to suit your requirements.
